Job Description

1. Content Development

• Contribute as a key member in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of Science assessments (Pre-K to Grade 12).

• Create, review, and facilitate high-quality assessment tools for Science projects.

• Ensure content is pedagogically sound, learner-centric, innovative, and aligned to learning outcomes.

• Develop remedial content based on low-performance questions and identified learning gaps.

• Review Science questions and recommend revisions to enhance conceptual clarity, rigor, and quality.

• Collaborate with internal and freelance team members to ensure timely and highquality delivery of project outputs.

• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for all deliverables.

• Travel to field locations to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of assessment tools.

2. Academic & Analytical Support

• Support and/or conduct data analysis to measure student performance and identify learning trends.

• Assist in designing and conducting training sessions and workshops on assessment processes, question design, result interpretation, and reporting.

3. Organizational Development

• Expand project impact through high-quality dissemination, including blogs, journal articles, working papers, and other publications.

• Conduct ongoing research related to assessments and content to strengthen the team's knowledge base.

• Support team growth by building capacity in pedagogy, assessment design, and related academic areas.
