Role Description The Education Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. In this position, the specialist supports the design and delivery of Ei's educational programs and resources, ensuring they align with the organization's learning outcomes and research-based frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions and workshops for educators, providing implementation support to schools, and offering guidance on using Ei's platforms and assessments effectively. The role involves gathering feedback from teachers and learners, documenting classroom experiences, and collaborating with product and research teams to refine content and improve learning interventions. The Education Specialist also communicates regularly with stakeholders, responds to queries, and helps maintain high-quality customer service standards in all educational engagements.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Education, including curriculum understanding, pedagogical awareness, and experience working with K–12 learners or educators.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and the ability to support schools and teachers in using Ei's products.
  • Candidates should possess strong Training skills, including facilitation of workshops, educator onboarding, and capacity-building for diverse groups.
  • Candidates should possess strong Research skills, including data collection from classrooms, basic analysis of learning outcomes, and insight generation to inform program improvement.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in the education sector.
  • Comfort with using technology-based learning platforms, proficiency in standard productivity tools, and openness to data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, strong organizational skills, and a learner-centered mindset.
