Responsibilities
- Delivering/conducting educational courses according to curriculum and quality standards defined within Laerdal.
- Delivering scheduled courses on time and in-line with customer expectation
- Be updated on new or upgraded educational programs and solutions.
- Participate in external partners/distributors training and certification processes.
- Support at Simulation User Network (SUN) conferences and tradeshows/workshops by delivering educational content.
- Coordinate with Program Implementation team members, SMS teams and support when required.
- Coordinate with other members of ESS team for sharing best practices, troubleshooting as required.
- Document activities according to quality standards of Laerdal
Requirements:
- Bachelor/university degree in medicine, nursing, or other relevant health related degree
- Minimum 3 years experience of working with educational programs preferably in a multinational company or international NGO.
- Proficient in Hindi and English (both speaking and writing)
- Good IT skills (databases, MS Office Suite)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Good organizational skills
Highly Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
- Good understanding of Clinical knowledge
- Punctuality and updating medical knowledge required in the field.
- Responsibility of delivering scheduled training on time.
- Ability to effectively communicate, influence and motivate team members.
- Strong analytical skills with good follow-up and sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
