Profile: Senior Business Development Manager

Key Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 3 +years of proven B2B sales experience in IT hardware/software; experience with Apple products is a strong advantage.

· Strong understanding of enterprise/educational IT solutions, OEM partnerships, and channel sales models.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.

· Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.

· Drive sales of Apple and non-Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, PCs, Servers, Networking Devices) and related software/licensing solutions.

· Identify and acquire new business accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.

· Collaborate with internal teams for solution selling, custom configurations, and enterprise deployment plans.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.

· Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client proposals.

· Lead negotiations and close deals with key accounts and enterprise clients.

Preferred Skills

· Certification or training in Apple Sales, JAMF, or related tech ecosystems is a plus.

· Existing network of enterprise/institutional clients in Jaipur, Rajasthan.).

· Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset.
