Job Description

The Educational Psychology & Stealth Assessment Intern will contribute to the design and refinement of game-based evaluation tasks for children across Classes 1–12. • Apply Evidence-Centred Design (ECD) principles to construct and map Competency Models, Evidence Models, and Task Models for interactive gameplay.
  • Translate core cognitive constructs—including attention, working memory, reasoning, and problem-solving—into age-appropriate game mechanics and quests.
  • Collaborate with product and game design teams to ensure assessment tasks maintain ecological validity and cannot be gamed or faked.
  • Adapt narrative loops and difficulty scaling across four specific age bands (Classes 1–2, 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12) to match developmental stages.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/ Master's or advanced studies in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Instructional Design, or Learning Sciences.
  • Knowledge of Evidence-Centred Design (ECD) and game-based assessment frameworks.
