Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our Trichy branch. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students in their study abroad journey and supporting them throughout the admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Guide students for admissions in UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and other destinations.
- Handle walk-ins, leads, tele-calls, and follow-ups effectively.
- Assist students with university selection, application processing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for visa processing and admission updates.
- Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments and conversions.
- Participate in seminars, educational events, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Education Counseling / Study Abroad Counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international education systems and admission procedures.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.
