Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students regarding academic programs, career options, and educational opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector, including new

Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and parents about various educational

Collaborate with educational institutions to arrange campus visits, informational sessions, and networking opportunities for students.

Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Develop and distribute informative materials such as brochures, newsletters, and online content.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in educational counseling or a similar role.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong ability to empathize with students and understand their individual needs.

Familiarity with educational systems and admission processes in India and abroad.

Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual counseling sessions.
