Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Burdwan. The Educational Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students, assisting them with college admissions, career counseling, and academic planning. The role involves conducting consultations, understanding the unique goals of each student, and presenting suitable educational and career pathways. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of academic programs, facilitating the admission process, and offering support with scholarships and financial aid applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education sector knowledge
• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to assess students academic and career interests and align them with suitable programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in academic counseling or education consultancy is an advantage
• Ability to nurture relationships with students, parents, and institutions
