Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Student Counsellor with at least 1 years of experience in the Ed-Tech industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable guiding students and parents about educational products, entrance exams, and college admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Outbound and Inbound leads and provide counseling on courses, exams, and admissions.

Explain product offerings and help students choose the right solution.

Follow up via calls, emails, or virtual sessions to convert leads into admissions.

Maintain lead data and interactions using CRM tools.

Support marketing and sales campaigns when needed.

Requirements:

0 to 1+ years of counselling experience, preferably in Ed-Tech.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Graduate in any discipline.
