This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate educational and career paths, provide one-on-one counseling sessions, and assist with course selection and enrollment processes. The role includes fostering positive relationships with students, understanding their career aspirations, and offering tailored advice to help achieve their goals. Additionally, counselors will collaborate with other teams to support placement initiatives and internship programs.

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge in Career Counseling and guiding students on educational pathways
• Understanding of the education industry and its trends
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Empathy and active listening skills to address students queries and concerns effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Previous experience in a counseling or advisory role is a plus
