1, Education Counsellor - 

• Identification & understanding of the students needs & Counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interests.

• Provide study information, admission requirements, and visa process.

• Do a profile assessment of interested students and give course options by shortlisting Universities matching their profile.

• Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship.

• Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channels of communication.

• Guide students through resolving queries on a quick and urgent basis.

• Responsible for maintaining and updating the student database regularly.

•   Candidates should be able to guide students and their parents about studying abroad. 

•  The candidate should be able to handle walk-in cases efficiently. 

•   The candidate should be a good team player with good knowledge of computers.
