We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Educational Counselor to join our team and assist students in making informed decisions about their study abroad journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Provide detailed information regarding admissions, eligibility requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Assist students throughout the admission and application process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Keep up to date with university requirements, immigration policies, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and sales abilities.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of international education systems and admission procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Education Counseling, Study Abroad Consulting, Admissions, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Study Abroad industry will be preferred.
