Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will engage with students to provide personalized educational and career counseling, analyze their goals, and guide them towards suitable training programs. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing student inquiries, promoting relevant courses, and offering career advice that aligns with their aspirations. Counselors will also play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth enrollment process and maintaining ongoing communication with learners to support their development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students
- Experience in Career Counseling and guiding individuals toward suitable pathways
- Understanding of Education and training solutions within the IT and cybersecurity domain
- Ability to build positive relationships, along with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; additional certifications in counseling or education are a plus
- Familiarity with training and certification programs in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields is advantageous
