Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as an Educational Counselor is based in Pune Division. The Educational Counselor will engage with students to provide personalized guidance on academic and career development. Key responsibilities include offering educational consulting, conducting student and career counseling sessions, and supporting students in crafting and achieving their educational goals. The role requires maintaining effective communication with students and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional educational services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Experience in Career Counseling and guiding students on career development
- Strong Communication capabilities to effectively interact with students, parents, and teams
- Background in Education or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setup in Pune Division
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in educational counseling or student support services is an advantage
