Educational Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The Educational Counselor will assist prospective students in understanding available IT courses, guide them in selecting the right programs based on their skills and career aspirations, and support their enrollment process. Key responsibilities include counseling students, addressing queries, providing detailed information about training programs, and assisting in admissions coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The counselor will also collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Ability to understand and assess student skillsets to offer appropriate career path guidance.
• Knowledge or interest in IT industry skills such as UI/UX, Android, iOS, Python, and AngularJS is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate admissions and maintain detailed records.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer tools for administrative tasks.
• Experience in an education or training institution is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
