Role Description The Educational Counselor role at Ekon Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The counselor will guide students and professionals through academic and career options, helping them choose suitable courses, institutions, and development pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assessing individual aspirations and strengths, and offering personalized education and career guidance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, conducting information sessions or workshops, and ensuring that learners receive clear, supportive, and unbiased advice. The counselor will contribute to outreach activities and provide ongoing follow-up support to help individuals stay on track with their goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education-related guidance.
• Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support diverse learner needs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional speaking and writing.
• Relevant academic background in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in academic advising, counseling centers, training institutes, or education services is an advantage.
• Ability to build trust with learners, work collaboratively with teams, and manage multiple counseling cases effectively.
• Familiarity with national and international education systems, competitive exams, and current employment trends is preferred.
