Educational Counselor(Bengali)

currently looking for a talented Telecaller (Education Counsellor) to join our innovative and

Responsibilities and Duties:

Call and counsel students on their education queries.

Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes.

Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.

Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Good communication skills in Bengali and English and Hindi.

Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.

Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.

Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling preferred.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Requirements (Must)

Must have a working phone and laptop

Should be able to make 150+ calls daily

Job Details:

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: Rs.10,000/month + Uncapped Incentives (Rs.10,000-Rs.12,000 per month. Depending on basis of

target achieved.)
