Role Description

The Educational Counselor will work with students to provide educational consulting, career guidance, and personalized counseling tailored to individual goals. Key responsibilities include identifying students academic interests, offering advice on educational paths, helping with career planning, and maintaining records of student progress.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and proficiency in Education-related solutions
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and mentor students effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to assess students needs, set goals, and create tailored plans to support their academic and career aspirations
- Relevant experience or background in education or counseling; a degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
