Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor, based in our Raipur location. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their career and educational paths. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with prospective students, offering personalized counseling and advice based on individual aspirations, facilitating career guidance sessions, and helping students make informed decisions about their education and career goals. The counselor will also play a vital role in managing student inquiries and ensuring a positive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Experience in Career Counseling and providing tailored advice for educational development
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families
• Knowledge of the education industry and courses such as Animation, VFX, Web Designing, and Multimedia
• Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic guidance
• A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a counseling or education advisory role is an advantage
