Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant based in Greater Noida West , India. The Educational Consultant will provide expert guidance to aspiring medical students and their families, assisting with NEET counseling, college selection, admission procedures, and documentation processes. The role involves conducting consultations, addressing student queries, offering tailored advice based on individual profiles, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support. The consultant will act as a trusted adviser, fostering a positive experience for students throughout their journey to medical college admission.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and advising on admissions processes for medical education
• Strong skills in Education and Consultation-related tasks, including providing tailored advice to clients
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and engage with students and families
• Customer Service abilities to address queries promptly and ensure a positive experience for clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with the NEET exam and medical admission processes in India and abroad
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
