Role Description The Educational Consultant at Brand Guide Master is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves advising prospective and existing clients on appropriate digital marketing training programs, tools, and learning paths that align with their business goals. The Educational Consultant will conduct needs assessments, explain service offerings and curricula, and guide clients through enrollment and onboarding processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing clear information on educational resources, handling inquiries in person, by phone, and online, and maintaining accurate records of consultations. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve educational materials, collecting feedback, and supporting workshops or training sessions to ensure clients understand how to leverage digital marketing solutions effectively.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Consulting skills for advising clients on suitable programs and solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Education-related knowledge to understand training content and explain learning outcomes clearly.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, deliver presentations, and support clients professionally.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, training, or academic counseling is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple consultations, and maintain organized documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with online communication tools and basic office software; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
