Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide students through academic planning while also assisting with international travel arrangements and visa consultation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of overseas education processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counselling to students regarding academic programs, universities, and career pathways
- Guide students through the end-to-end admission process for domestic and international institutions
- Assist with academic travel arrangements including documentation and timelines
- Provide visa consultation and support, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and travel partners as required
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress
- Stay updated on global education trends, visa policies, and admission requirements
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a high level of service satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- 15 years of experience in education counselling, overseas education, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of study abroad processes and visa documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling international admissions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
- Familiarity with visa processes and travel coordination
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
