Job Description

Content Development

a. Contribute as a key member in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessments for the projects.

b. Create/Review/ Facilitate high-quality assessment tools for the projects in the related subject.

c. Ensure high-quality, pedagogically appropriate and innovative content creation and review, with a learner-centric focus. (Pre-K to 10 in the Hindi language).

d. Write remedials for low-performance questions.

e. Coordinate and work with team members (internal as well as freelance members) and ensure that deliverables are met on time, and with high quality.

f. Support in translation and validation of questions in for different subjects to ensure high-quality vernacular content.

g. Maintain appropriate documentation for all the deliverables.

h. Write reports with relevant insights based on analysis of student performance on assessments.

i. Travel to the field to evaluate the implementation of various assessment tools.

Support

a. Support/perform data analysis to measure student performance and unearth learning trends.

b. Support in designing and conducting training and workshops on Assessment Processes, Question making, understanding results, reports, etc.

Organizational Development

a. Expand the scope of projects by high-quality dissemination through blogs, journal articles and working papers etc.

b. Do continuous assessments and content-related research to improve the existing knowledge in the team.

c. Build their capacity around pedagogy-related activities and upskill themselves.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

1. Graduate/postgraduate with Hindi as one of the major subjects.

2. 1-3 years of experience in the education space.

Required Skills

1. A strong understanding of education, instruction, and assessments, with a specific focus on Hindi.

2. Strong understanding of India's education landscape.

3. Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

4. The ability to learn fast, and grasp Educational Initiatives models and business.

5. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical details with individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively.

6. The ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently as a self-starter.

7. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

8. Familiarity with Excel to analyse medium to complex-level data.

9. Problem-solving attitude.

10. Meticulous documentation skills.

11. Willingness to occasionally travel to various remote locations.
