*About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead business development through training institutes, visa consultants, study-abroad consultants, coaching centres and education consultants.

*Key Responsibilities*

Develop and execute B2B field-sales strategy for Delhi NCR.

Identify, visit and onboard new institutes and consultant partners.

Build relationships with owners, centre heads and decision-makers.

Drive sales of OSS Education's exam vouchers and services, including PTE, TOEFL, GRE, Duolingo, CELPIP, OET, LanguageCert, ACT and PSI SFE (UKVI).

Achieve monthly/quarterly partner acquisition and revenue targets.

Manage key B2B accounts and generate repeat business.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM discipline.

Monitor field visits, lead conversion, partner activation and revenue.

Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, payments, bookings and partner support.

Lead, mentor and monitor the B2B field-sales team, where applicable.

*Candidate Requirements*

4–8 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.

Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Study Abroad, Visa Consultancy or Test Preparation preferred.

Strong field-sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Existing network of training institutes/consultants will be an advantage.

Comfortable with extensive travel across Delhi NCR.
