Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Conduct sales calls and follow up on leads to meet or exceed enrollment goals.
- Present educational programs and services to potential clients effectively.
- Provide information and guidance to students regarding course offerings and admission processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and clients in the CRM system.
- Participate in educational fairs and recruitment events to promote the institution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and quotas.
