Role Description

The Sales Executive - Edtech is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with prospective learners, understanding their career needs, and guiding them through suitable courses offered by Learning Routes. The role involves effectively communicating the value of our programs, addressing queries, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a positive client experience through regular follow-ups and support during the enrollment process. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion and contribute to the organization's overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Sales aptitude along with persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Customer service experience with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Edtech solutions or the education sector is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and meet sales objectives
