Cambridge Educators & Academic Practitioners Foundation Phase (Ahmedabad)
We are in the process of building a serious, education-first Cambridge school in Ahmedabad.
This is not a franchise, not a marketing-led institution, and not a copy-paste international school model. Our background lies in long-term institution building, with a clear and uncompromising emphasis on:
academic depth over optics
systems over shortcuts
calm, disciplined learning environments over activity overload
The intent is to build a school that becomes a reference model for Cambridge education in the cityquietly, credibly, and sustainably.
Where We Are Right Now
The school is currently in its foundation and design phase.
Academic sessions are not starting immediately.
At this stage, we are not appointing a Principal or Director.
We are looking to engage with experienced Cambridge educators who can help us:
think through the academic model
shape curriculum and subject structures
define teaching standards and systems
establish what a well-run Cambridge school should look like from day one
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking to connect with educators and academic practitioners who have hands-on experience working in Cambridge schools in Ahmedabad, and who are interested in contributing meaningfully to the creation of a school, not just its operation.
The engagement could evolve into roles such as:
Academic Core Team Member
Cambridge Programme Contributor
Senior Academic Advisor
Foundation-Phase Academic Lead (title to be defined later)
This can be full-time, fractional, or advisory, depending on fit and availability.
What We Need in the Person
Essential experience
Direct experience within a Cambridge (CAIE) school in Ahmedabad
Strong exposure to IGCSE (mandatory)
Exposure to AS/A Levels (preferred, not compulsory)
Practical involvement in areas such as:
teaching and assessment practices
Cambridge curriculum delivery
academic planning and subject structuring
understanding student and parent expectations
Personal orientation
Clear, grounded thinking
Comfort working in an unstructured, early-stage environment
Ability to distinguish between what looks impressive and what actually works in schools
Interest in institution-building rather than titles or quick outcomes
Important clarification
You do not need to have held a senior designation such as Principal, Vice-Principal, or Director.

CBSE-only or IB-only backgrounds without Cambridge depth
