Role & Responsibilities
- Provide detailed counseling to students and parents regarding education loan options.
- Assist clients through the entire loan application process, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Address queries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge of loan policies, interest rates, and financial schemes relevant to education loans.
- Document interactions and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly counseling targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi or English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or financial counseling
- Basic understanding of loan products and financial terminologies
- Comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad
- Preferred
- Experience in educational or student loan counseling
- Knowledge of the Indian education finance sector
