Job Description
This is a mid to senior management position and will focus on designing and developing leadership programs in the field of school and higher education to achieve the objectives of NEP 2020.
Program Design & Development: To design and develop short-term leadership programs in the education sector for policy makers (ministers, secretaries etc.), public officials at implementation and institutional roles such as Vice Chancellors, State Project Directors, SCERT Directors, DIET Principals, etc. Create learning architectures that blend theory, experiential learning, case studies, and action planning. Build assessment frameworks to measure program impact, participant outcomes, and policy implementation effectiveness.
Program Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver sessions to diverse audiences and create meaningful engagements through dynamic facilitation, storytelling, and interactive methodologies. Hold space for senior leaders to engage in deep reflection, peer learning, and strategic thinking. Create psychologically safe learning environments that encourage authentic sharing, and collaborative problem-solving. Co-facilitate programs with subject matter experts from IIMs, IITs, premier institutions, and government leadership in service as well as retired. Analyse program data — pre/post assessments, participant feedback, impact metrics — to continuously improve program quality.
Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Design and implement strategic dialogues and forums that engage Education Ministers, Education Secretaries, Vice Chancellors, and other senior and institutional leaders on innovation, technology, relevance, feasibility to strengthen implementation of NEP 2020.
Continuous Innovation & Knowledge Creation: Develop proprietary education leadership frameworks tailored to public education context of India. Collect and publish impactful case studies, success stories, and tech-first initiatives. Stay current on NEP 2020 implementation, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) in education, and ed-tech innovations.
