Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Education Counselor specializing in Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance to students, assisting them in selecting suitable academic programs, and addressing their queries regarding admissions. The role also includes conducting counseling sessions, building relationships with students and parents, and guiding them through the application processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Experience in Career Counseling and guiding students in academic and professional pathways
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students and parents effectively
- An understanding of education systems and various academic programs at UG and PG levels
- Ability to empathize with students needs and guide them toward informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and maintaining student documentation
