Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor, located in Jorhati. The Education Counselor will engage with students to provide personalized counseling and guidance regarding educational options and career pathways. Responsibilities include understanding student needs, providing suitable education and career advice, assisting in course selection, and maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions. The role also involves regular communication with students and parents to support informed decision-making and ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Expertise in Career Counseling and Education-related guidance
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
- Ability to empathize with students and develop solutions tailored to their aspirations
- Prior experience in the education sector or counseling is preferred
- Bachelor's degreeiin any field.
- Proficiency in record management and reporting tools is a plus
