We require an Education Counselor for a reputed Pilot Training Institute at south Delhi location.

Position: Education Counselor

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Experience: 5 Years Minimum

Role Description the Education Counselor – Pilot Training will work full time in a hybrid setting based in South Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves counseling prospective students on pilot training programs, explaining course structures, eligibility criteria, fees, and career pathways in aviation. The counselor will guide learners through the admission process, respond to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, email, and online platforms, and maintain accurate records of leads and enrollments. Daily tasks include conducting career guidance sessions, organizing information seminars or webinars, coordinating with training partners and internal teams, and ensuring that students receive clear, ethical, and up-to-date information. The Education Counselor will also support outreach activities, contribute to educational content related to pilot training, and help improve counseling processes based on student feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong educational consulting and student counseling skills, with the ability to guide learners on pilot training pathways and program options.
  • Experience in career counseling and education-related advisory services, preferably with exposure to aviation or technical training programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and families, handle queries professionally, and maintain confidential and accurate student records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Aviation Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in counseling or career guidance are an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid model from South Delhi, with good time management, organizational skills, and familiarity with basic office and CRM software.
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and a learner-focused approach, with willingness to stay updated on developments in pilot training and aviation careers.
