Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for an Education Counselor. The Education Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in identifying educational or career pathways, assist with course selections, and help them navigate admission processes. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments to understand students interests and strengths, addressing queries related to educational programs, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. Collaboration with parents, institutions, and relevant stakeholders to optimize students experiences is also key to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Education processes
• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to evaluate students strengths and provide tailored guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Empathy, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with education systems and admission processes will be an added advantage
