Role: Education Counselor
Location: FC Road, Pune | Type: Full-time, On-site
Experience: 0-3 Years | Freshers with strong communication welcome
What you'll do:
1. Counsel learners - Understand goals and recommend the right language courses & pathways
2. Guide students + parents- Provide academic & career counseling
3. Support enrollments- Handle inquiries, demos, and admission follow-ups
4. Collaborate - Work with trainers & admin team to support learner success
5. Maintain records - Track counseling sessions, progress, and feedback in CRM
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi. Marathi is a plus
- Student/Career counseling or sales experience in Education/EdTech preferred
- Background in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Empathetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with calls + CRM
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Zoom, WhatsApp & basic office tools
