We're Hiring: Student Success Specialist | Yes Germany

Pay: 4,00,000 5,00,000 per year

Location: In-person

Position Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven and people-orientedTeam Leadto guide our sales and operations at the Navi Mumbai branch. You will be responsible for mentoring counsellors, ensuring high lead conversion, maintaining CRM discipline, and creating a smooth student journey from enquiry to enrolment. This is a leadership role with both performance and process responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Sales Coaching

  • Lead and supervise a team of 68 counsellors (L1 and L2)
  • Conduct daily team huddles and assign lead batches with strategy
  • Review counselling calls, follow-up approach, and registration strategy
  • Coach team members on objection handling, pitch improvement, and CRM hygiene

Sales Target Monitoring & Conversion:

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and registration targets
  • Ensure 100% follow-up compliance and reduce lead wastage
  • Guide team to improveconversion ratiosfrom lead to counselling and counselling to registration
  • Drivereference lead generationby ensuring quality counselling and encouraging happy students to refer peers

CRM & Quality Oversight:

  • Ensure accurate CRM usage tagging, call notes, reshuffle remarks
  • Coordinate with QA or sales audit team to fix errors and share feedback
  • Maintain branch-level dashboards on counselling performance
  • Strategize for better walk-in management, online counselling participation, and funnel movement

Operational Coordination:

  • Coordinate with backend teams (Admissions, Visa, SST) to address student queries
  • Attend escalation calls and provide resolution for dissatisfied students
  • Ensuretimely collection of paymentsand coordinate with the Accounts team for reminders and escalations
  • Schedule expert webinars, walk-in events, or partner university meetings at the branch

Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/counselling in overseas education or EdTech
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a team handling or TL role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong mentoring skills and ability to drive performance through coaching
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Study in Germany processes (APS, Visa, Public vs Private Univ)
  • Ability to multitask between branch walk-ins, online follow-ups, and reporting
