Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about TEONOX

programs.

• Understand students career goals and recommend suitable courses.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads.

• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

• Maintain student records and follow-up data in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for smooth onboarding.

• Conduct career counselling sessions and explain program benefits.

• Support seminars, demo sessions, and engagement activities.

• Meet monthly admission targets and performance metrics.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills:

• 4-8 years of experience in Educational Counselling, Sales, or Admissions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.

• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in EdTech or training institutes.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

• Experience handling student admissions or career counselling.

• Good Understanding of Digital Marketing would be preferred

Education:

Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Relevant experience in counselling or

admissions will be preferred.
