We are hiring Education Counsellors and Senior Counsellors for our Pune Branch.

Position Purpose

The Education Counsellor helps international students to find a solution together by selecting the right course and institute that suits students profile, budget & limitations to ensure they reach their desired goal.

Driving the achievement of customer service, satisfaction, retention, and customer success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide information, advice, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in Australian education institutions.
• Design a tailored and effective study plan according to student's individual situation.
• Follow up potential students and maximize the conversion of students submitting applications and finalizing enrolments.
• Instruct students to prepare and complete documents for university or visa applications.
• Liaison between students, parents, and education providers.
• Promote other products and services offered by STUDYNET, e.g. Visa services, OSHC & OVHC & Professional Year.
• Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students.
• Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system.
• Other relevant student service duties.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent sales track record, working within a high sales KPI & incentive driven environment.
• Vocational or tertiary qualification (Certificate IV and higher desirable).
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
• Understanding of the Immigration system/visa pathways.
• Fluency in English.

Experience

• Education Counselling: 1–2 years for Jr/Counsellor
• 3–4 years for Sr. Counsellor

Work Authorization

• Must be eligible to work in the advertised country.
