Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Education Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right courses, manage a counseling team, and drive enrollments through ethical and consultative counseling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and deep understanding of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on course selection based on career goals

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively

Convert leads into admissions through structured counseling

Mentor and guide junior counselors to improve performance

Maintain accurate student data in CRM or admission systems

Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

Conduct follow-ups and ensure high student satisfaction

Participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars

Stay updated on courses, certifications, and industry trends Required

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Management, or related field preferred)

Minimum 2+ years of experience in education counseling or admissions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets

Team handling and leadership experience

Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Student-centric and ethical counseling approach

Preferred Skills

Experience in EdTech, IT training, or professional courses

Exposure to domestic or international education counseling

Multilingual communication skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills
