Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counsellor based in Rajkot. The Education Counsellor will provide guidance and counseling to students regarding educational opportunities, including study programs, institutions, and career advice. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding students interests and capabilities, reviewing educational materials, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and supporting students in their decision-making process. The role also involves maintaining records of student progress and staying updated with educational trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education-related guidance
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to build a rapport with students and parents to understand their requirements
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Understanding of the global education system or prior experience in overseas education consultation is a plus
