- Identifying and Understanding learning need.
- MOM assigned targets achievement.
- Communicating with learners.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explaining product features and benefits.
- Closing sales and achieving quotas.
- Developing new leads.
- Generating appointments for video/ Telephonic counseling appointments.
Requirements
- Fresher -1 years experience in Inside Sales in technical courses like MBA, PGDM, Executive education courses or in any EdTech experience we can consider.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Strong presentation/negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
