Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in students and parents for course counselling and admission closure
  • Explain courses offered by the institute, including NEET, JEE, IIT, and other entrance exam preparation programs
  • Demonstrate the institute's products and offerings effectively to prospective students and parents
  • Achieve admission targets through in-house sales strategies
  • Maintain records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, counselling, education, BFSI, B2C, or in-house sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents and close admissions successfully

Additional Information:

  • Week Off: Rotational
  • Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
  • Incentives: Unlimited and attractive
