Job Summary

The Education Counsellor (Sales) / Career Development Advisor plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective learners through their academic journey. This role blends consultative counselling with strategic sales to help individuals identify the right educational programs aligned with their career goals. The advisor is responsible for driving enrolments, nurturing leads, and delivering a high-quality advisory experience that supports both student success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to assess their educational and career aspirations. • Provide clear, accurate, and personalized guidance on available programs, course structures, and career outcomes. • Support applicants through the entire enrolment process—from initial inquiry to final registration. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion. • Maintain detailed records of student interactions, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools. • Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine outreach strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Performance & Activity Metrics (Mandatory KPIs): • Make a minimum of 200 unique calls/dials per day. • Maintain at least 2 hours of talk time daily. • Achieve 8–12 admissions per month for UG/PG online degree programs. • Drive monthly revenue of 5–7 lakhs through successful conversions.
