Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students and working professionals about our training and career-oriented programs.
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively.
• Counsel candidates based on their career goals and suggest the right course.
• Achieve enrolment targets and maintain the student database.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0–3 years of experience in counselling / sales / education industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work towards targets and conversions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
