This is a full-time, on-site Education Advisor role based in Chennai. The Education Advisor will be responsible for providing academic counseling to students and guiding them through their education and career decisions. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one student consultations, offering advice on training programs, assisting students with exam preparation strategies, and supporting them in planning their educational journey. The role also involves understanding the needs of students and parents and maintaining follow-ups to ensure successful outcomes.

• Strong advising, counseling, and guidance skills to help students make informed educational and career choices
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and active listening capabilities
• Proficiency in educational program knowledge and admission processes
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and team members
• Experience or knowledge of entrance exams like MBA, BBA, CLAT, GMAT, GRE, SAT is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or similar qualification
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic and career goals
