The role
You'll own the sales funnel for our flagship programs (avg ticket ₹50,000).
Roughly half your pipeline comes from our marketing engine.
The other half, you build yourself through colleges, communities, referrals, and online outreach.
What you'll do
-Convert inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
-Generate organic leads from engineering colleges, student communities, social
channels, and referrals
-Run 1:1 briefings, group info sessions, and demo days
-Handle pricing objections, close enrollments, collect bookings
-Maintain daily CRM hygiene and pipeline reports
-Feed campaign learnings back to the marketing team
Who you'll sell to
-Engineering students (1st to 4th year)
-Degree students and recent graduates
-Career switchers moving into tech
Targets and compensation
-Baseline enrollments per month would be defined
-Fixed salary + uncapped incentives on every closure
-Strong performers consistently earn 2x to 3x of fixed through incentives
-Quarterly bonuses for top closers
Who we're looking for
-1 to 3 years of sales experience (edtech, SaaS, B2C services preferred)
-Fluent in English plus Telugu and/or Hindi
-Confident on calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face
-Self-driven, target-hungry, allergic to excuses
-Existing network in engineering colleges is a strong plus
