Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Business Development Team Leader for our Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site role where the candidate will be responsible for leading the business development team, driving revenue growth, monitoring team performance, and ensuring achievement of organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry, specifically in Upskilling Programs and Online Internship verticals. Candidates without relevant domain experience will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team

• Drive enrollments, revenue generation, and overall team performance

• Monitor daily lead management activities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity

• Ensure proper CRM management, reporting accuracy, and operational discipline

• Handle escalations and support complex student counseling scenarios

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational execution

• Support organizational growth initiatives and expansion strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in EdTech Business Development / Sales

• Mandatory experience in Upskilling Programs and Online Internship EdTech verticals

• Prior team handling experience is mandatory

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Performance-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment

• Immediate joiners preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred

• Prior experience in EdTech / Training / B2C Sales industry is mandatory
