We are seeking full-time Edtech STEM Trainers to join our team in Puducherry for an on-site role. The trainer will deliver engaging STEM-based educational sessions, design curriculum content, and conduct hands-on workshops to introduce students to technology, industrial automation, and robotics concepts. Key responsibilities include assisting with program development, mentoring participants, and ensuring a practical, collaboration-centered learning experience. Additionally, trainers will provide ongoing support to learners to enhance skill development in various STEM disciplines.

• Proficiency in STEM subjects, including robotics, technology, and industrial automation
• Demonstrated skills in curriculum design, technical troubleshooting, and training delivery
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to fostering innovation in STEM fields
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in STEM-related fields or education is preferred
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or workshops in STEM topics is a plus
