Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Strategist / EdTech Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through effective lead conversion and sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in inside sales, B2C sales, and EdTech or IT training institute environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Counsel prospective students on courses, training programs, and career paths
- Build and manage strong relationships with leads through follow‑ups and consultations
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize the admission and sales process
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in CRM systems
