Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee operations at our centers in Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, strategic planning, and institutional partnerships. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance and achieve placement targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and performance management.
- Ownership: Take full ownership of center operations, including strategy development and execution to meet organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance center performance, drive enrollment, and achieve placement targets.
- Institutional Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners to facilitate placement opportunities.
- Networking: Leverage networking skills to create new partnerships and enhance the center's visibility in the industry.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement in operations and placements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on center performance, including achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of team handling experience, with a proven track record of achieving placement targets.
- Strong ownership and accountability in previous roles.
- Experience in developing and managing institutional partnerships.
- Excellent networking skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
