We partner with leading universities, corporate L&D teams, and government skilling initiatives to deliver outcome-driven learning experiences. As we scale our B2B and B2G footprint across Tier 1–3 cities, we're seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive institutional partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close B2B/B2G partnerships with colleges, universities, corporate training heads, and skilling mission officers across India.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery calls to proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale onboarding.
- Build compelling pitch decks and ROI models tailored to institutional stakeholders (Deans, HR Heads, Govt. Education Officers).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine value propositions and customize program offerings for institutional buyers.
- Track pipeline metrics in CRM, report weekly forecasts, and exceed quarterly revenue targets with data-backed deal progression.
- Represent Career Bloc at education expos, college fairs, and industry forums to generate warm leads and brand visibility.
